Community Participation

We offer assistance with community participation and access to local community programs and activities including art, sports, volunteering and social events. Our aim is to encourage participation in the community and create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our participants.
Group or Centre Based Activities

We offer structured programs for individuals to engage either in the community or at the care settings. This activity involves bringing together a group of individuals with common interests, goals and needs to take part in workshops, classes, games or recreational events. This creates an opportunity for individuals to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Social Engagement

We understand how social isolation is problematic for many individuals. Our team are dedicated to promoting inclusivity that helps participants establish good connections with others through social interactions and engagement in group outings, events and social gatherings.
Access to Employment or Higher Education

We strive to support our participants in finding employment, maintain their employment or pursue higher education opportunities. Our team have tertiary qualifications and experience that can assist with job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and accessing educational resources.
Travel and Transport Assistance

We offer assistance for your travel and transportation needs. We ensure your safety during your travel and accessibility to private and public transport, while promoting independence as much as possible.Our accompanying staff are trained, experienced and back-ground checked. Our services will include travel and transport assistance to:
- Schools, workplace or shopping
- Visiting friends and other relatives
- Visiting community or social gatherings
- Personal, medical, social and professional appointments

Community Nursing and High Intensity Personal Care

We have highly qualified, experienced and competently trained nursing professionals who use their experience and expertise to provide you with the best support you need. We assess and monitor your health condition and provide feedback on medication, treatment and progress.
